The seller formally declares that the vehicle sold is entirely free of any commitment (not included in the retention of title agreement) and that there is no right of retention on this vehicle in any form whatsoever. The vehicle is therefore the sole property of the seller.

The seller guarantees that the vehicle has never been involved in an accident and is in good working order. The seller formally guarantees the mileage of the vehicle as strictly accurate. In the event that a certain amount is still due on this vehicle, the balance due will be paid by the seller to the purchaser when the vehicle is handed over, or on the purchaser's behalf directly by the purchaser in accordance with the statement of account.

The purchase price is set on the basis of the appraised condition of the vehicle. However, the buyer is entitled to reduce the purchase price if the condition of the vehicle deteriorates. In this case, and in the event of disagreement between buyer and seller, the buyer is no longer obliged to purchase.

The contract is subject to acceptance by the garage management within 15 days of signature, and to execution of the new leasing or sales contract binding the seller to the garage.

General conditions for open road tests
Test drive as driver or passenger, depending on the vehicle chosen.
60-minute drive (50km), freeway and mountain road.
As a driver, you must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid category B driving license for at least 5 years.
As a passenger, minimum age 12 or minimum height 150cm.
Leuba Collection vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with Vaudoise (including fire and theft insurance). In the event of a claim, the driver must pay the deductible of CHF 5,000.
Payment must be made by cash, credit card or bank card no later than the day of the test drive.
Trial available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except Saturday, 9am to 3pm).
