The seller hereby formally declares that the vehicle being sold is entirely free of any encumbrances (not subject to a retention-of-title agreement) and that there are no liens of any kind on this vehicle. This vehicle is therefore the sole property of the seller.

The seller warrants that this vehicle has never been in an accident and is in good working order. The seller expressly warrants that the vehicle’s mileage is strictly accurate. In the event that any amount remains due on this vehicle, the balance owed shall be paid by the seller to the buyer upon delivery of the vehicle or, on the seller’s behalf, directly by the buyer in accordance with the established statement of account.

The purchase price is determined based on the condition of the vehicle as assessed. However, the buyer is entitled to reduce the purchase price if the vehicle’s condition deteriorates. In such a case, and in the event of a disagreement between the buyer and the seller, the buyer is no longer obligated to purchase the vehicle.

The contract is subject to acceptance by the garage management within 15 days of its signing and to the execution of the new lease or sales contract binding the seller to the garage.

General Terms and Conditions for On-Road Testing
Test drive as driver or passenger, depending on the vehicle chosen.
60-minute drive (50km), freeway and mountain road.
As a driver, you must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid category B driving license for at least 5 years.
As a passenger, minimum age 12 or minimum height 150cm.
Leuba Collection vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with Vaudoise (including fire and theft insurance). In the event of a claim, the driver must pay the deductible of CHF 5,000.
Payment must be made by cash, credit card or bank card no later than the day of the test drive.
Trial available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except Saturday, 9am to 3pm).
